Jennifer Lawrence Style File

Jennifer Lawrence has been thrust into the style spotlight for her much-talked about role as femme fatale Katniss Everdeen in The Hunger Games. But prior to the hit film Jennifer has been acclaimed for her acting roles in The Burning Plain, Winter's Bone, X-Men: First Class and Like Crazy, which she starred in alongside another popular fashion crush, Felicity Jones. With her flawless skin, big blue eyes and long locks, 21 year old Jennifer is made for the red carpet and so far hasn't put a sartorial foot wrong. With her womanly figure, she is definitely a role model for the teen girl world, and her dress sense is always sophisticated, always elegant and never unflattering. Her style could definitely be described as 'edgy girl next door'.

Covering the April editions of Glamour, Seventeen and Flare magazine, Jennifer is no doubt the girl of the moment. She is a natural beauty and seems extremely down to earth which just adds to her likeability. In a recent interview with Glamour Magazine, Jennifer revealed that the best thing about being famous is the free clothes! Hardly surprising with the array of beautiful outfits she gets to model! Below are a selection of her best looks!

For the Madrid premiere of The Hunger Games, Jennifer opted to wear a capped sleeved mini dress from Victoria Beckham's 20-piece A/W 2012 Victoria, Victoria Beckham collection. The mix of sport luxe material, metallics and stripes are a youthful, fun yet sophisticated look for Jennifer. She teamed the frock with a pair of Brian Atwood Dasha booties and a simple but elegant updo.

Jennifer appeared on Good Morning America to promote The Hunger Games dressed in this grown-up and ladylike ensemble of a navy midi skirt and a sheer cream blouse -both by designer duo Holmes & Yang. She added white Giuseppe Zanotti sandals and a pop of colour with her scarlet waist belt.

Jennifer stunned at the Paris premiere of The Hunger Games in this figure-hugging backless black Tom Ford dress with gold edging. Gold strappy Tom Ford sandals and red lippy finished the ultra-glam look.

Jennifer wowed again at the LA premiere in yet another amazing frock. This gold foil effect Prabal Gurung Fall 2012 gown featured triangle cutouts at the rib cage and a revealing open T-shaped back. Jennifer opted to wear her hair in another gorgeous updo to showcase the statement dress.

I love this forest green coloured dress on Jennifer- she wore this Pre Fall 2012 silk, deep V-neck and pleated Calvin Klein Collection dress to yet another premiere, adding elegant strappy silver heels and completing the look with her sleek waves and Hollywood smile.

For an appearance on The Late Show with David Letterman in NYC, Jennifer wore this black and gold brocade sheath dress by Prabal Gurung, paired with black Jimmy Choos. The gold panel illuminates her curves well- she knows how to dress youthfully yet she also oozes sophistication.

For the 2011 Oscars Jennifer modelled a custom made Calvin Klein red gown created especially for her by CK designer Francisco Costa. The gown is so flattering and creates a lovely lean silhouette. She finished the look with a glittering gold box clutch and voluminous hair.

Jennifer chose this delicate Chloe dress to wear to the Academy Awards Nominees Luncheon in LA last year. The dress has a lovely ballerina feel which eptomised the trend of that time. Jennifer styled herself, adding an elegant black ribbon belt, black strappy heels and a matching black clutch.

This is definitely one of my favourite looks for Jennifer. Her Dolce and Gabbana SS'11 lace maxi dress creates a gorgeous boho chic feel. I love the embroidery on the dress and the bustier top creates a perfect shape. Flat sandals, girly waves and a stand-out turquoise bracelet complete the gorgeously feminine look.
